How much does leak detection cost in South Africa?
Residential detection typically runs from R850 to R5 000 depending on the system and access. Pool detection is R500 to R3 500. We confirm the fee before the survey begins and there is no charge if we cannot find the leak.
Do you break walls, tiles or paving to find the leak?
No. Detection is non-invasive: acoustic listening, thermal imaging, pressure testing and tracer gas. Only the repair opens the structure, and we mark the smallest possible point.
