Why we work this way
A leak is a fact. Finding it should be too.
Most properties we attend have already had someone guess. A plumber opened a wall and found nothing. A damp contractor quoted a treatment for a wall that was actually fed by a leaking pipe. A pool owner was told to dig up the paving before anyone measured whether the pool was losing water at all.
Every one of those outcomes comes from skipping the test. Our process starts with pressure isolation — proving that water is leaving and which leg of the system is responsible — then applies acoustic, thermal, gas or moisture work to turn a section into a point.
We do not repair. That is deliberate: a detection business that also sells the repair has an incentive to find something expensive. We find, document and certify. Your plumber prices the fix from our report.
Test before you quote
We prove the system is losing water and isolate the line before recommending any work. No diagnosis by assumption.
Document everything
Photographs, thermal images, pressure readings and a marked point. The report is the product as much as the location.
No-find, no-fee
If the leak cannot be located, the detection fee is not payable. The risk sits with us, not with you.
