Insurance reports

Documentation your insurer can actually work from.

Ref DOC-01

A claim stalls when nobody can prove where the water came from. Our reports state the cause, show the evidence and locate the point — so the assessor, the plumber and the policyholder are working from the same document.

REYDS insurance leak detection report with thermal images and readings
Non-invasive survey

Inside the report

Five sections, issued on every detection.

Stated finding

The confirmed leak type, the system affected and the location, written in plain language your plumber can price from.

Photographic evidence

Site photographs of the marked point with scale references, so nothing depends on a verbal description.

Thermal images

Radiometric captures showing the temperature contrast that supports the finding, with the scale visible.

Test results

Pressure readings, isolation results and moisture readings recorded by room or zone.

Recommendation and scope

The recommended repair approach and access requirement, so the claim and the quote align.

No charge

The report is part of the detection, never an upsell.

FAQ

Insurance report questions

Still unsure? Call the 24/7 line or send a WhatsApp and describe what you are seeing — we will tell you what test is needed.

Will my insurer accept a REYDS report?

Our reports are structured around what loss adjusters ask for: a stated cause, a located point, photographs, thermal evidence and test results. Acceptance remains the insurer's decision, but the evidence is presented in the format they expect.

Do you deal with the insurer directly?

We report to you as the client and can provide the report directly to your broker, insurer or loss adjuster on request. We do not negotiate claims.

Is the report included in the detection fee?

Yes. The written report is issued at no extra charge on every detection, and it is yours to keep and share.

Can you attend a trace-and-access appointment?

Yes. We locate and mark the leak before access work starts, and can re-attend once the repair is complete to verify the moisture has returned to normal.
