Why is there a range instead of a fixed price?
Access, system size and how many lines need isolating all change the time on site. We confirm the fee for your property before the survey starts, so the range is never a surprise at invoice stage.
Is the written report really included?
Yes. Findings, photographs, thermal images, test results and the marked leak location are issued at no extra cost on every detection.
What is not included?
Repairs, excavation, reinstatement, plumbing materials and damp treatment. We detect and certify; the repair is carried out by your plumber or contractor.
Do you charge if the leak cannot be found?
No. Under our no-find, no-fee guarantee the detection fee is not payable if we cannot locate the leak.
